REGAL ZEUS (11) raced on the speed then was too strong late over 1200m at this track last start. The step up in trip comes at the right time. Progressive four-year-old with the gate speed to negate the wide draw. Will be there for a long way. JENNILALA (6) resumed with an impressive win against the girls at Moonee Valley in the 1600m Group 3 Matron Stakes last time out. Beaten narrowly in the Easter Cup this day last year. Small query coming back to 1400m but at the weights she will be hard to stop. Smart mare MISS ARIA (13) hasn't been far away in all three runs this prep. Gets some nice weight relief under today's conditions and the blinkers going might add a bit of spark. KLABEL (15) hasn't won for a while but continues to race well. Stakes placed at this trip two back so must be included in discussions. CHORLTON LANE (3) has been top three at twelve of fourteen runs over this distance. Poor gate is his biggest concern.
