HEART OF GLASS (9) returned from a six-month spell with a real eye-catcher here at this distance last start, overcoming a slow start to fly late and just miss out. Fitter for that run and if she jumps cleanly a win looks on the cards. PRANCING SPIRIT (3) was poor at Moonee Valley last start in a run worth forgiving. Ran Regal Zeus to 0.8 lengths here at this trip two back which is excellent form for a race of this calibre. Major player despite the big weight. BARBARIC LAD (10) powered home to just miss the placings in the same race as Heart Of Glass here recently. Hard to see him turning the tables on that mare but he is a sound each-way hope. BOLD RESPONSE (12) last raced when the tidy winner of a BM64 over this trip at Moonee Valley five weeks back. Scratched at the gates on 22 March but won a jump-out in good style at Cranbourne subsequently. Worth an interest at big odds. DOLLAR CHASER (5) from the inside alley can sneak into the minor end of the prizes.
