SHOWTIME KISTENA (13) improving mare with her hoof on the till after the two good runs. Had to work hard from the wide gate when a game third over 1200m at Wagga. Looks one of the few leading chances. WELLSPRING (17) best effort in three career runs on the quick back-up when a plugging third over 1000m at Wangaratta. Gets the right set-up and can go on with it now. LUNAR MOJO (5) resumes after having the two career runs last year. Strengthened-up over the break when a sharp 900m trial winner here. Good enough to play a leading role.
